As a longtime champion of wellness, Judy has explored many avenues to find mental, spiritual and physical wholeness. She believes in beginning with the fundamentals, attending to the root of concerns to surpass our previous limitations. Judy is a certified clinical practitioner with international certification in TMS therapy and a strong foundation in counselling. Specializing in regenerative and neuromodulation therapies, she offers advanced treatments like Exomind TMS and ED shockwave therapy, as well as programs for muscle building, fat loss, pelvic floor strengthening and both feminine and masculine sexual wellness. Outside of her practice, Judy is an outdoor enthusiast who loves hiking and exploring Vancouver Island’s ancient grove forests, finding inspiration in nature’s strength and serenity, which informs her compassionate approach to care.
